Sodagift Return Policy?

The return policy for SodaGift is as follows:

For gifts to the US, Canada, Australia, UK, Singapore, Philippines, and Japan, all gift cards sent are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

For gifts to Korea, there are two categories:

Unused gifts:
- Gift Cards: Contact support@sodagift.com and a refund will be issued to the sender for unused valid gift cards. Gift cards are non-exchangeable but a cancellation can be requested before placing a new order.
- Delivered gifts: All orders are processed on weekdays so contact must be made before in order to change or cancel an order. No change-of-mind refunds on food and flower gifts. However, if not completely satisfied with the product, contact must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Used gifts: Cannot cancel or refund used gifts.
